ICA MEMBER REGISTRATION RATES

ASCEND registration space is LIMITED and available on a first-come, first-served basis to Members if the International Caterers Association (ICA) only. To join the ICA or should you need to renew your membership, you will be prompted to do so prior to registering. NOTE: Only Key Contacts of company memberships can renew. If you receive an error message saying you are not eligible to take the form, contact ICA Headquarters or your key contact in charge of ICA Membership.

SPOUSE/COMPANION TICKETS 

Bring your spouse/companion with you! ICA Members are encouraged to bring their spouse/companion as they are an important part of our catering community. Tickets are $850 and include access to the ASCEND social events only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ICA does not offer refunds for cancellations. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute from the same company. Substitution request must be made to ICA Headquarters no later than June 15, 2026.
