ICA is always looking for members who are willing to serve on one of our committees. Limited not just to company owners, any member of the association; be it a operations manager, sales manager, marketing manager or chef; if you have an interest, special skill that makes you an ideal candidate, or if you know someone who should be on one of our committees, we want you!
Membership
Recruitment of new members and retention of existing members as well as identifying and reviewing member services.

Develops and organizes diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts tied to the mission of ICA, which includes trainings and a robust scholarship program to an annual industry event.

Culinary Council
