Thanks for sending this, it is helpful to see how the proposal ended up looking.
I also want to thank you for all the information you so generously shared with us, and to tell you about some of the benefits that we are already getting from the experience with you.
We have been back in Las Vegas for 7 days. In that time, we had several “routine” events. We also had 2 events which would have intimidated us in the past. Instead, we used many of the organizational and communication tools which we learned from you. The 2 “difficult” events went off without a hitch and all of our clients were very happy. We both felt a new sense of calm during the events.
I am also very happy to say that we also felt so confident that when we got back to town we called for a meeting with the Market Director of Palm Mortuaries in Las Vegas. At the meeting on Thursday we outlined our case for an exclusive agreement to service all of their locations. Our well constructed pitch met with approval; we finally have our exclusive deal in place. This is the culmination of four years of hard work, but our new confidence was the final piece that we needed to bring this deal to fruition. This agreement will now insure that the last 20% of their business which we were not receiving will be ours. This will provide a solid foundation for our business and free us to pursue new clients.
So thank you for all your help Mary, we might not have been able to express this adequately when we were there in person. We were busy absorbing all of the good information around us.
