Cocktails, Mocktails and Summer Sips: The 2026 CATIE Award Finalists for Innovative Mixology

The 2026 CATIE Awards' Innovative Mixology category celebrates exactly that. This year's finalists approached the challenge from three very different angles. One transformed a childhood favorite into an interactive experience. Another reimagined a classic whiskey cocktail for a wedding. The third proved that zero-proof beverages deserve every bit as much culinary attention as their spirited counterparts.

For an event at the World of Coca-Cola's Beverage Lab, Proof of the Pudding took the nostalgic Coke float and turned it into a playful science experiment. Instead of simply serving soda and ice cream, the team designed a station inspired by a research laboratory, complete with scientific terminology, customizable ingredients, and interactive presentation. Proof of the Pudding
