What comes with caterer registration?

ICA caterer members can attend all events during the ICA workshop. Registration includes dinner, breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and education from August 12-13. Check out the full schedule here.

What materials will I need to bring to the ICA workshop?

We recommend bringing a small notebook and pen to take notes during the educational sessions.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

No refunds for cancellations will be provided. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute. If you are requesting a substitution, please email [email protected]. Registrations can not be transferred after July 29.

Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?

Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. Registrations can not be transferred after July 29. The request must be made via email to [email protected] and include the following information for the new registrant:

• Name
• Job Title
• Email
• Phone

How do I get an attendee list?

Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Tips for Your Trip." This email will contain the attendee list including name, organization, city, state in PDF format.

What is the ICA workshop attire?

Business casual is suitable for all workshop activities. 

How far away is the airport from the ICA workshop and host hotel? 

The Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is 18 miles (30 km) away from Daniel et Daniel Catering & Events and 19 miles (32 km) away from the Courtyard Marriott Toronto Downtown.

Where should I stay if I need to stay overnight in Indianapolis? 

ICA has secured a hotel room block at the Courtyard Marriott Toronto Downtown in downtown Toronto. All out of town ICA workshop attendees will be staying here.

All attendees must make their hotel reservations at the Courtyard Marriott Toronto Downtown to secure the ICA group rate by July 7.
