If you are looking for a Recipe for Success and want to know the perfect combination of ingredients to help grow and manage your catering business, the ICA is cooking and you can find the recipe for everything you need here at the ICA website.

First you make a roux…it all begins with membership! If you are not a member, click on the membership tab and read all about the member benefits of the ICA. Complete the on-line application and join this prestigious group of successful caterers anxious to share their culinary secrets.

Next add a healthy cup of education…Here on our website you will find information about all of the ICA educational programming in our CaterED and CaterArts brands, as well as the conference education and activities we produce through our alliance with Catersource for the Catersource Conference and Tradeshow March 7 – 11, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

ICA CaterED offers:
