General Questions

How do I login to my member profile?

There is a Member Login button in the upper right corner of every ICA webpage. Click here to login.

If you never received your login credentials, please contact ICA headquarters via email at [email protected].

If your company is a member, and you do not have login credentials, please fill out a Company Contact form.

My username and password is not working. How do I reset my password?

If you have not received email instructions after clicking "Forgot your password", please check your spam/junk folder in your email. If you still haven't received the email,  please email ICA headquarters here to reset your password.

I'm a member. Why do I not see member pricing?

Discounted member pricing is available for all active ICA members. Please make sure that you are logged in to your active membership profile to secure member rates.

My profile has incorrect information. How can I update my profile?

ICA members may edit information on their profiles, including email, phone number, and address, by visiting My Profile, and clicking the "Edit" button.

Does a membership include multiple user profiles?

Yes! You can have multiple user profiles under an ICA company membership. Please have any employees of your company fill out our Company Contact form by clicking here. Login credentials for their individual profile will be provided.

How can I find a company that can provide me services?

ICA provides a list of our members that can help you with catering or vendor services. Using our Member Search feature, you can simply enter your Zip code into the Proximity search and find the point of contact for companies in your area.

What are the upcoming ICA events?

ICA members receive discounts on registration to Catersource.  Catersource will take place from March 27-30, 2023 in Orlando, Florida at the Orange County Convention Center. Both events are the best events of the year that provide the opportunity for industry networking, education, information gathering and social events! Click here to receive updates on Catersource

ICA Headquarters will be CLOSED on the following Holidays:

New Year's Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day Good Friday
Easter Monday Memorial Day Independence Day
Labor Day Veterans Day Thanksgiving Day
Thanksgiving Friday Christmas Day   

*Above holidays that land on a Saturday will result in Headquarters being closed on that Friday.
*Above holidays that land on a Sunday will result in Headquarters being closed on that Monday.

Board of Directors Election: Cast Your Vote Today

As the principal representative for your company, we are requesting your participation in the ICA Board of Directors Election. Each ICA member company may cast ONE (1) ballot. Please note that the link included below is tied to your email and should not be forwarded to any other party.

The ICA has four (4) board seats available in 2019.  Directors serve two-year terms and newly elected board members will take office in February 2019.
