2010 John Mossman Award Goes to Christine Emerson
At the ICA’s Annual General Meeting in Las Vegas, Christine Emerson, was presented with the ICA’s John Mossman Award. As the 6th recipient in 29 years and the first woman to be recognized, in her acceptance speech Emerson compared the honor to first female Best Director Oscar-winner Kathryn Bigelow. Jack Milan won the John Mossman Award last year.
In addition, Emerson, formerly Executive Director of the ICA, has accepted a new position — that of ICA Director of Development and Sponsorship. She continues to be involved in securing the financial well-being of the association and serving in an advisory capacity.
