Below are 5 areas, each containing resources you may download to your computer. Most forms and menus are in Word or Excel so you may tailor them to your own use.

CommuniCater: issues going back to 2007. If you wish earlier issues please contact the ICA office.

CATIE Awards: previous entries for inspiration, or guidance in crafting your own entry. These PDFs are not the same format as the actual entries themselves– merely a compilation of some content in the entry binder.

Front of the House: contains contracts, forms for use by FOH staff and sales staff, and themed menus,  ICA logos for member use. Note – see the Back of the House section for all HR resources including job descriptions for FOH staff.

Back of the House: contains kitchen forms and all things culinary, and all resources related to HR ( Human Resources) including a Staff Handbook, Appraisal forms, and Job Descriptions.
