2010 John Mossman Award Goes to Christine Emerson

At the ICA’s Annual General Meeting in Las Vegas, Christine Emerson, was presented with the ICA’s John Mossman Award. As the 6^th recipient in 29 years and the first woman to be recognized, in her acceptance speech Emerson compared the honor to first female Best Director Oscar-winner Kathryn Bigelow. Jack Milan won the John Mossman Award last year.

In addition, Emerson, formerly Executive Director of the ICA, has accepted a new position — that of ICA Director of Development and Sponsorship. She continues to be involved in securing the financial well-being of the association and serving in an advisory capacity.
