The ICA Culinary Council is comprised of ICA-member chefs from all over the world who have a common goal and a common bond, food and catering.

ICA members may visit the Resource Room and Round tables on this website – an area dedicated to helping you find cutting edge ideas, new techniques, recipes, food ideas, as well as kitchen management concepts and business templates for running your kitchen.

Mission Statement

To elevate the awareness and perception of the catering chef, both within the industry and the public, through the sharing of our unique skills, knowledge, and experience in a positive environment.

Culinary Council Philosophy

The International Caterers Association Culinary Council is a group of catering chefs from around the world who are united to support and educate each other, the industry, and the public. Our mandate as the Culinary Council is:

To unite and support the talents of catering chefs internationally for the benefit of each other’s continued growing knowledge and skills.

To provide the highest quality of education to all catering chefs, the catering industry, and the general public.
