Sunday March 7, 12:00 noon – 4:45 pm, Paris Hotel, Las Vegas  

 Join the ICA for a forum that celebrates the drama of catering with three of its top divas. Pauline Parry, Joy Wallace and Mary Crafts will each take the stage and talk about their experiences in the drama-filled world of catering.   What does it take to get to the top and stay there?  How are they positioning themselves during the tough times and what will change when the economy recovers.   Round table discussions and an Ask the Divas Q&A will complete the day as you listen, learn and love the drama that is catering!

Our Catersource alliance

In 2004 the ICA formed an Alliance with Catersource, to work together to educate caterers on a grand scale. We produce our annual winter conference with Catersource,  providing our traditional outstanding seminars, the CATIE Awards Celebration, ICA Educational Forum, and Club ICA.
